Returns & Exchanges

Health regulations prohibit returns of the type of products we sell on Blappr.com. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only. Any returns of defects must be approved in advance by customer service and must be unused items with complete packaging. Undeliverable/refused packages will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping charges.
